October District English Learner Advisory Committee Meeting
JJHS Hosting Disabled American Veterans Field of Flags
Jackson Jr. High is sponsoring a Disabled American Veterans (DAV) Field of Flags on November 8th. We need to raise at least $250 to meet our goal and receive the flag kit from the DAV. We want to create a field large enough to honor as many veterans as possible. Any amount will help. Additionally, if you can contribute $25 (Bronze Level), $50 (Silver Level), or $100 (Gold Level), JJHS students will recognize your generosity in our 1st annual Field of Flags picture (mailed or emailed after Veterans Day.)
The next School Board meeting will take place on October 9, at the Amador County Administration Center located at 810 Court St. Jackson, CA 95642. Open Session begins at 6:30 p.m.
