The principal at Ione Jr High School is Richard Modesti.

I am honored to serve as the principal at Ione Junior High School. Over the course of the past several years I have developed a deep appreciation for and commitment to our school, our students, and our community. My primary objective as your principal is to create a safe, welcoming, and academically rigorous learning environment that prepares each one of our students for success in high school and beyond. I look forward to working with each of our students as they progress through their junior high school experience. Our staff will continue to strive to provide the best educational experience possible for all 400 of our amazing students.
